Job summary

Regal in Pago Pago is seeking friendly Floor Staff for Box Office, Concession and Usher roles. You will help guests, handle transactions, upsell Premium Viewing options, and ensure a welcoming theatre experience across multiple positions.

This is a part-time, on-site role with opportunities to grow. You will assist with seating, check tickets, maintain cleanliness, apply safety standards, and represent Regal in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training or equivalent certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash accurately in a fast-paced guest environment.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote brand and ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Assist guests with tickets, seating, and directions and maintain theatre cleanliness.
• Support opening/closing duties and help maintain safety and order in auditorium areas.
