Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support theatre operations across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle POS transactions, upsell premium viewing experiences, promote Regal Crown Club, and ensure MPAA compliance while delivering exceptional guest service.

Preferred candidates will have cast certification and related training, with flexibility for variable hours including part-time schedules. Physical duties include standing, walking, and lifting up to 60 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office: manage POS, cash, credit, and tickets; upsell Premium Viewing Experiences.
• Concession duties: operate POS, manage stock, upsell, ensure food safety compliance.
• Usher duties: guide patrons, enforce MPAA ratings, assist seating and maintain auditorium safety.
