Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher duties across our theatres. You will handle tickets, operate POS systems, process payments, and promote club programs while ensuring adherence to safety, alcohol regulations where applicable, and company policies.

Positions include variable hour, part-time fixed or part-time regular roles, with responsibilities spanning guest assistance, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, safe theatre environment.

Competenze

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state or local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and evaluate information to reach conclusions.

Mansioni

• Box Office: Operate POS system and manage cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and coupons.
• Box Office: Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Box Office: Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policy; respond to guest questions.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage cash and concession inventory; promote Crown Club; maintain equipment.
• Concession: Ensure food safety compliance and proper breaks per regulations.
• Usher: Tear tickets, direct patrons, monitor crowd control and ensure safe environment in auditoriums.
• Usher: Enforce MPAA ratings and perform in-auditorium inspections; assist with opening/closing duties.
