Regal is seeking Floor Staff to perform Box Office, Concession, and Usher duties ensuring guests receive exceptional service. The role requires attendance, safety, and adherence to dress code, with responsibilities spanning ticketing, upselling, and crowd management.

Roles include operating POS systems, maintaining inventory, enforcing MPAA ratings, and supporting opening/closing procedures while complying with local laws and Regal policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If theatre sells alcohol and duties include selling/serving of alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and reach conclusions based on evidence; take action under pressure.
• Excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsabilités

• Box Office: Operate POS system, handle cash and payments; upsell Premium Viewing Experience; promote Crown Club; ensure MPAA-compliant ticketing; answer guest questions.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage cash and inventory; promote Crown Club; operate and clean concession equipment; comply with food safety laws; ensure breaks compliance.
• Usher: Tear tickets; direct patrons; enforce MPAA ratings; inspect theatre for quality; report issues; assist with opening/closing duties; maintain clean venues.
