Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support guest services across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. This part-time hourly position offers flexible scheduling to align with theatre needs and employee availability.

You will handle tickets, customer service, safety compliance, and assist with opening/closing duties as directed. Attendance, cleanliness, and adherence to dress code are essential to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Standing for long periods may be required.
• Capable of lifting light loads and moving around the theatre.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system and handle cash with accuracy.
• Assist guests across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles with professionalism.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program to guests.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA rating guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in theatre and lobby areas.
