Job summary

Regal in the United States is seeking Floor Staff to support guests across concessions, box office, and usher roles. You will handle ticketing, food service, and guest assistance, maintaining a welcoming theatre experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as cast member and as box office cashier is required.
• If alcohol-serving duties exist, complete any legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and coupons; manage concession stock.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell concession items.
• Prepare, operate and clean concession equipment; ensure compliance with food safety laws.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, and assist guests with seating.
• Inspect theatres, monitor sound and picture quality, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
