Job summary

Regal is hiring Floor Staff to serve guests with exceptional service in a part-time role. Positions include Concessionaire, Usher, and Greeter, with duties across ticketing, concessions, crowd control, and guest assistance.

Candidates should be able to read and follow training materials, maintain attendance, adhere to dress code, and handle emergencies as needed, while delivering a welcoming theatre experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program or progress toward completion is required.
• Good public speaking and listening skills are needed.
• Ability to perform quick and accurate calculations.

Responsibilities

• Upsell and promote Regal Unlimited and the Regal App.
• Operate concession equipment and POS with accurate cash handling.
• Read and follow training materials on safety and policy compliance.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums and enforce crowd control.
• Inspect bags when applicable and maintain theatre cleanliness.
