Job summary

Regal is hiring Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles in our theaters. You will handle POS transactions, promote Regal Crown Club, ensure MPAA compliance, and assist guests with seating and information.

The role includes responsibilities across opening and closing duties and occasional alcohol service training where applicable. The ideal candidate shows strong customer service, accuracy in cash handling, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced cinema

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Language Ability: Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Math Ability: Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data and reach conclusions.
• Personal Skills: Excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 60 pounds; vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: Operate POS system, handle cash, cards, gift cards and tickets.
• Upselling Premium Viewing Experience and promoting Crown Club.
• Ensure ticket sales comply with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage cash and inventory, promote Crown Club, prepare/clean equipment, comply with food safety.
• Usher: Tear tickets, direct patrons, inspect bags when applicable, manage crowd control, enforce MPAA ratings, conduct in-theater inspections, perform in-auditorium concessions.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
