Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to perform Box Office, Concession, and Usher duties. Team members ensure guests receive exceptional service, handle transactions, upsell experiences, and uphold safety and policy standards across theatre operations.

The role involves standing for long periods, coordinating with management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for moviegoers in a dynamic venue.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
• Excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management; ability to set goals and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash, cards, vouchers, and tickets accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and assist guests.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons, and enforce seating.
• Inspect bags, monitor security and maintain theatre cleanliness.
• Read and follow training on harassment and discrimination.
