Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to perform Box Office, Concession, and Usher duties across theatre locations. You will operate the POS system, handle cash and tickets, and assist guests with seating while promoting rewards programs.

• Experience in fast-paced retail or theater environment.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system and handle cash, cards, passes and coupons accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences and promote Regal Crown Club membership.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Promote concessions programs and manage stock and equipment cleanliness.
• Assist guests as an Usher, direct seating, conduct security checks when needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with local/state/federal requirements.
