Job summary

Regal is hiring Floor Staff to support theatre operations in Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle ticket sales and payments, upsell premium experiences, promote Crown Club, and ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and safety policies.

The position may include varying shift types, with emphasis on guest service excellence across theatre areas. Ideal candidates have completed the cast certification program (or are progressing) and are prepared to uphold Regal’s dress code and

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Alcohol certification or Regal Responsible Beverage Server training may be required if selling alcohol.
• Ability to perform cash handling and operate POS systems with accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, including public speaking when addressing guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and accurately handle cash, credit cards, travelers’ checks, and tickets.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell Premium Viewing Experience where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies; answer guest questions professionally.
• Perform box office, concession, or usher duties as assigned; maintain venue cleanliness and safety.
