Cinemark is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You’ll be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, pricing, promotions, and events. Roles may include Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties depending on staffing needs, performing essential tasks across positions.

You will interact with Guests, answer questions, and help ensure a heroic experience while upholding food safety and theatre standards in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and clear English communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a smile and handle transactions at the register.
• Operate the theater POS system and verify tickets at the podium.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and event details to Guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Support with safety and security, and escalate issues as needed.
