Job summary

Cinemark is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming experience for Guests across concessions, box office, and usher roles. You’ll handle transactions, answer questions, and help guests choose movies and events with accuracy and enthusiasm.

As a Team Member, you’ll support opening/closing duties, maintain clean facilities, and ensure safety. Dress code and on-site presence are required in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Respond to Guests’ questions with professional service.
• Maintain theater cleanliness and safety across areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
