Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for Guests. They are quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, and theatre operations. Team Members may work as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs require.

They ensure high quality service, answer guest questions, and perform essential job functions across roles while maintaining a safe, clean theatre environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completion of basic food handling training and any required local/state certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent guest service.
• Able to communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Able to work in a team and independently, follow directions.
• Responds with a sense of urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie, events and theatre information.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professional customer service.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, exits, and parking areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
