Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate in English.
• Ability to provide excellent Guest service and handle cash accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and operate the POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets, direct Guests to auditoriums, and provide theatre information.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across lobby, aisles, and auditoriums.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and respond to Guest inquiries professionally.
• Support with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety rules.
