Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Theatre Team Member to deliver a welcoming guest experience across front-of-house roles, including Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties as needed. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, pricing, promotions, and events.

You will operate the POS system, assist guests, maintain clean facilities, and support opening/closing tasks while adhering to safety standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent guest service and communicates effectively with guests of all ages.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently; follows directions and demonstrates urgency when needed.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Operate POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct guests to cinema auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie, event information and promotions.
• Respond to guest questions and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Conduct theatre inspections to ensure sound quality and safety, and help maintain a clean, safe environment in auditoriums.
