Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience at our theaters. You will assist guests, operate the register, verify tickets, and share movie information and promotions. This role may involve Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties as staffing needs require.

Typical duties include answering questions, maintaining clean facilities, handling cash, and ensuring safety and compliance with policies. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Basic numeric/money-handling skills for transactions.
• Must be at least 16 years old and available for flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to their auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details to Guests.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional service manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
• Assists with opening/closing duties as assigned by management.
