Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking team members to provide a welcoming guest experience, assist with concessions, box office, and usher duties as needed. This role requires energetic, friendly service and reliable attendance.

Team Members will handle tickets, answer questions, perform basic food preparation, and maintain clean facilities while adhering to safety policies and MPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent Guest service mindset and interpersonal communication.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; follow directions.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests warmly and professionally.
• Operates POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to auditoriums.
• Ensures ticketing follows MPAA ratings and policy.
• Provides pricing and general theatre information.
• Responds to guest questions with professionalism.
• Performs theatre inspections for quality and safety.
• Keeps lobby, aisles, and restrooms clean.
• Prepares food and operates equipment.
• Sanitizes high-contact areas regularly.
• Reports safety issues to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
