Cinemark is seeking a Team Member to help create a welcoming guest experience in the theater. You will greet guests, operate the register, verify tickets, and provide event information while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a friendly, guest-focused attitude and strong teamwork across Usher, Box Office, or Concession roles. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with excellent guest service.

Responsabilités

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information and event details.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Performs theatre inspections for presentation quality and safety.
• Keeps theatre areas clean and free from debris.
• Prepares food and operates cooking equipment safely.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Complies with local, state and federal food safety laws.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
