Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to help create a welcoming guest experience, operate the point-of-sale system, and assist with ticketing and information. This role may cross-train as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist depending on staffing needs.

The Team Member will ensure quality service, maintain cleanliness, and support safety standards while engaging guests with a friendly attitude throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and answers questions.
• Keeps theatre property clean and safe in all areas.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as needed.
