You will greet Guests, handle POS transactions, verify tickets, and share information on pricing and events. You may contribute across Usher, Box Office, or Concession roles as needed to support operations.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate cash handling, and teamwork in a dynamic theater environment with opportunities for growth and flexible hours.

Formación

• Requires energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests of all ages and backgrounds in English.
• Proven ability to handle cash and perform basic math accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at the podium and direct guests to their auditorium.
• Provide information on pricing, movie selections, and special events.
• Respond to guest questions with professional, high-quality customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby, theaters, and restrooms; ensure safety and security.
