Job summary

Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and promotions. They may work as an Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as needed and must perform essential functions of these roles.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, providing information, and ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the theatre. Must be able to work in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on assigned register
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned
