Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for Guests. Team Members are quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, and pricing, ensuring a heroic guest experience.

They may cross‑train as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs require, performing essential functions across roles. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout theatres.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state certifications when required.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Able to take and follow direction.
• Responds with a sense of urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets align with MPAA ratings and policies.
• Provides pricing and information on movies and events.
• Responds to phone inquiries professionally.
• Performs theatre inspections for presentation and safety.
• Keeps theatre clean in all areas.
• Cooks and operates food prep equipment.
• Sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Follows food safety laws.
• Monitors safety and security and reports issues.
• Assists with opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as needed.
