Team Members ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while handling transactions and guiding guests to theaters. Strong English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training and certifications as required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is expected.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with strong guest service.
• Able to communicate in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates the POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie details, and general theatre information.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety across all theatre areas.
• Supports opening/closing duties as needed.
