Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training or local health/safety certification where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Able to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to the auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Respond to Guest questions with professional customer service.
• Conduct theatre inspections to ensure sound, safety, and quality.
