Cinemark Team Members are at the front line of guest experience, combining friendly service with efficient transactions and ticketing. You may assist at the box office, concessions, or ushers as staffing needs require, while maintaining a welcoming, safe theatre environment.

You will handle cash, help guests with movie choices, answer questions, and ensure compliance with policies. This role offers opportunities to grow within a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Follow directions with a sense of urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold according to MPAA rating and policy.
• Provides pricing and information on movies and events.
• Responds to guest questions with professional service.
• Conducts theatre inspections for safety and sound quality.
• Keeps theatre clean and safe in all areas.
• Prepares food and operates cooking equipment.
• Wipes down high-contact areas and adheres to food safety laws.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
