Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to greet Guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and share theatre information. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across lobby and auditoriums.

The role may flex between usher, box office, or concessionist as staffing needs require. Candidates should be at least 16, ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and committed to excellent Guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Energetic, friendly attitude with guests.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile in a timely manner.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct guests to auditoriums.
• Provide movie information and promotions.
• Maintain clean and safe theatre areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
