Cinemark invites applications for a Team Member role to support guest experiences across front-of-house operations. You will assist guests, handle transactions, and guide them to seats while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, and customer-focused, capable of working as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing requires. Training in food safety and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local or state mandated certification when required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance required.

Responsabilités

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre details.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across all areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
