Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience, assist with ticketing, concessions, and information on films and events. The role covers Cros-sfunctional support as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist depending on staffing needs.

You will interact with Guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and help ensure safety and cleanliness across theaters. Training in food handling and customer service is provided where required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to handle cash and basic math.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie, special events, and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation and sound quality and safety.
• Keeps theatre property clean and free from debris in all areas.
• Prepares food and properly operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Complies with local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
