Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming guest environment and to assist with tickets, concessions, and information. Team Members may work as Ushers, Box Office, or Concessionists as needed, performing essential duties across roles to ensure a heroic guest experience.

The position emphasizes accurate transaction handling, customer service excellence, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced theater setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Some basic food handling training and any required local certification.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent Guest service and communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information and special events guidance.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Performs opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Keeps theatre property clean and safe across all areas.
• Assists with food preparation and operates related equipment safely.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• conducts theatre inspections for quality assurance.
