Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming experience for moviegoers. You’ll greet Guests, assist with ticketing and concessions, and answer questions about movies, showtimes, and promotions.

This role requires energy, reliability, and strong customer service. It involves standing for long periods, basic cash handling, and teamwork across Usher, Box Office, and Concession tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist Guests with tickets, showtimes, and information about movies and promotions.
• Maintain clean and safe Theatre areas including lobby, restrooms, and auditoriums.
• Support opening and closing duties as needed by management.
