Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience and manage theater operations. You may work as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist, depending on staffing needs, with responsibilities across roles to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling POS transactions, verifying tickets, and providing information on pricing and events. You will help maintain safety and cleanliness and support opening/closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training or local/state required certification/health card.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude.
• Excellent guest service and communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to take and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Respond to Guests' questions in a courteous manner.
• Monitor theatre safety and cleanliness of facilities.
• Carry out opening/closing duties as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as needed.
