Responsibilities include operating the POS system, verifying tickets, sharing movie information, and maintaining clean, safe theatres while complying with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training or local certification as required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team.
• Accuracy in cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Responds to Guest questions with professional customer service.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across areas.
