Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking energetic Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will assist Guests with tickets, concessions, and information, while operating the POS system accurately.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, verifying tickets, answering questions, and maintaining theater safety and cleanliness. Availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends is required; you will be part of a team delivering superb customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains required certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Able to communicate in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operates the POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie info, and special events.
• Responds to guest questions with professional service.
• Keeps theatre clean and safe in all areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
