Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience across box office, concessions, and usher roles as staffing needs require.

You will greet guests, answer questions, and help with movie selections while maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the theater. Responsibilities include operating the POS, validating tickets, and providing accurate information on policies and showtimes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) with customers of all ages
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and policy
• Provides pricing, movie information, and guidance on events and specials
• Responds to guest questions in a professional customer service manner
• Keeps theatre areas clean and safe; performs opening and closing duties as assigned
• Assists with food preparation and operation of equipment
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management
