Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking a Shift Lead to support theatre management in daily goals, staff communication, and guest services. This role may act as a first point of contact for guest concerns and assist with coaching, training, and policy enforcement.

The position reports to the General Manager and focuses on maintaining efficient operations and an exceptional guest experience across all showings.

Qualifications

• Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willing and motivated to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet changing demands.
• Six (6) months minimum experience in theatre industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management related to theatre efficiencies and daily goals.
• Serve as first point of contact for guest concerns and assist with coaching, training, and policy enforcement.
• Help ensure an exceptional guest service experience and meet Best In Class benchmarks.
