Marcus Theatres in Pickerington, OH is seeking a Full Time Shift Lead to drive daily goals, guide team communication, and be a go-to resource for guest concerns.

The role requires at least six months of theatre experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs in a fast-paced cinema environment. This is a hands-on leadership position with opportunities for growth within Marcus Theatres.

Qualifications

• Theatre experience of at least 6 months preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit/stand and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Communicate goals to associates through pre-shift meetings.
• Reposition team members during peak periods based on show schedules.
• Process refunds, loyalty points, and guest concerns.
• Reboot terminals and maintain 100% operational scanning as needed.
• Support training, inventory, and other projects as directed by management.
