Job summary

Marcus Theatres Corporation is seeking a Shift Lead at our Menomonee Falls location to support theatre operations and guest service. You will help communicate goals, assist with staffing during peak times, handle refunds and seating changes, and ensure point-of-sale and seating systems run smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn, and at least six months of theatre experience. This is a part-time position within a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Six months minimum experience in theatre industry.
• Willing and motivated to learn new skills and systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and objectives by conducting pre-shift meetings.
• Assist management by repositioning team members during peak periods.
• Process voids, refunds, seating swaps, and loyalty points for guest service.
• Reboot terminals to ensure scanning is 100% operational.
• Be the first point contact for guest concerns.
• Help maintain daily operations to meet Best In Class benchmarks.
• Assist with projects including seat repair, training, inventory, and financial planning.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by management.
