Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of experience in the theatre industry.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Flexible availability including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs, in a noisy environment.
• Capable of handling objects and tools with dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and objectives to associates through pre-shift meetings.
• Reposition team members during peak periods based on show schedules and needs.
• Process voids, refunds, seat swaps, and issue loyalty points for guest service.
• Reboot terminals to ensure 100% operational scanning.
• Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns.
• Maintain high operational quality by meeting 'Best In Class' standards.
• Support projects such as seat repairs, training, inventory, and financial planning.
• Assist with other tasks as directed by the management team.
