Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Theater Team Member to join our front-line staff. You’ll welcome Guests, answer questions, and help with tickets, concessions, and general theatre information while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include operating POS, verifying tickets, handling cash, and supporting opening/closing duties as needed. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Excellent Guest service skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre details.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across lobby, auditoriums, restrooms, and exits.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
