Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests and work across Usher, Box Office, or Concession roles as needed. You will handle transactions, guide guests to seats, answer questions, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the theatre.

The position requires a friendly, energetic attitude, strong English communication, and reliable attendance for flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training and opportunities for growth are available within Cinemark.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training or local certification as required.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude during each shift.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
• Demonstrates urgency and accuracy in tasks.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and provide timely service.
• Operate POS system for all transactions at assigned register.
• Verify tickets and guide Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie info and promotions to Guests.
• Answer phone calls with professional customer service.
• Maintain clean and safe theatre environment and assist with openings/closes.
