Job summary

Cinemark is hiring Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will handle tickets, assist guests with information, and operate the point-of-sale system while ensuring safety and cleanliness across lobby and auditoriums.

Role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to cross-train as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs arise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to maintain regular attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude on shift.
• Excellent guest service and English communication.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, event information, and policy details.
• Respond to guest questions with professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in lobbies, aisles, and auditoriums.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
