Cinemark seeks Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience across box office, concessions, and ushering roles. You will interact with guests, operate the POS, verify tickets, and share theatre information while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-site work at Cinemark theatres. Training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to take and follow direction.
• Responds with a sense of urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Aufgaben

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and policy.
• Provides pricing, movie, specialist event and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• C conducts theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation and safety.
• Keeps theatre property clean and free from debris.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Complies with local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
