Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests and handle front-line duties across Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist roles as needed. You will engage with guests, answer questions about movies, promotions and showtimes, and help maintain a safe, clean theatre experience.

Role requires active communication in English, reliable attendance, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to ensure high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent Guest service and communication.
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Works well in a team and follows direction.
• Maintains a friendly attitude and provides information about movies, pricing and events.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates POS system for all transactions at assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and guides Guests to auditoriums.
• Provides pricing, movie information and event details.
• Ensures theatre areas are clean and safe for guests.
