The role requires 16+ years of age, flexible availability, and a friendly, energetic attitude. Training includes food safety and customer service, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state certification where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with all ages and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and event details.
• Respond to Guest calls with professional customer service.
• Conduct theatre inspections for presentation quality and safety.
• Keep theatre areas clean and sanitized; maintain safety and security.
• Assist with opening and closing duties; support cross-functional roles as needed.
• Assist with food preparation and proper operation of equipment.
