Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Theatre Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You’ll greet guests, provide information on movies, and help with tickets, concessions and theatre operations.

Roles may include usher, box office or concession duties as staffing needs require. A positive attitude, basic math, cash handling skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays are essential. This role offers growth opportunities and benefits through Cinemark’s team programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training or local requirements where applicable.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie and theatre information; answers questions professionally.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a polite, quality manner.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
