Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Theatre Team Member to provide a welcoming guest experience across usher, box office, or concession roles. You’ll greet guests, share movie info, handle tickets, and maintain theater cleanliness while supporting safety and service standards.

Candidates must be 16+, complete food handling training, and be available for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. English communication and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Provides excellent Guest service and communicates effectively with guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to the auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie info, or event details to Guests.
• Respond to phone calls and questions with friendly customer service.
• Conduct theatre inspections to ensure quality presentation and safety.
• Keep theatre areas clean and free of debris (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, exits).
• Prepare food and operate cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Sanitize high-contact areas and enforce food safety rules.
• Monitor safety concerns and report to management.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
