Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to ensure guests receive exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. The team member works as a flexible, variable-hour or part-time/ full-time hourly employee depending on theatre needs, always representing Regal’s guest-first philosophy.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, promoting the Regal Crown Club, and enforcing MPAA policies while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the venue.

Qualifications

• Cast certification program completed (as cast member and box office cashier) or progress toward completion.
• Alcohol certification and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training where applicable.
• Read and understand training materials on harassment and discrimination.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS system and handle cash with accuracy.
• Upsell Regal Crown Club and Premium Viewing Experience offerings.
• Direct patrons to seats and manage crowd control as usher.
• Enforce MPAA rating policies and theatre safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms and lobby areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned by management.
