Job summary

Regal is hiring Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties in our theatres. The role offers variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly schedules based on theatre needs and employee availability.

As a Floor Staff member you will provide exceptional guest service, operate POS systems, promote the Regal Crown Club, and uphold safety and dress code standards while assisting guests with questions and directions.

Qualifications

• Cast certification and box office cashier training required.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training required where applicable.
• Good public speaking and listening ability.
• Math calculations with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing options and promote loyalty programs.
• Enforce MPAA rating system and theatre policies.
• Assist guests at box office and concessions and respond to questions.
• Maintain cleanliness in auditoriums, lobbies and restrooms.
• Support usher duties and contribute to safe crowd flow.
