Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles, delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, handling cash, upselling Premium Viewing Experiences, and promoting the Regal Crown Club program.

Team members must maintain attendance, follow dress code, and comply with safety and policy requirements while assisting guests throughout their theatre visit.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, co-workers and management.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS and manage cash drawer, cards, gift cards and vouchers.
• Promote Crown Club program and upsell Premium Viewing Experiences.
• Perform concession duties including stock, cash handling, cleaning and safety compliance.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons to seats, enforce MPAA ratings, and maintain theatre safety.
